Nothing quite predicts your future as your actions today

Saturday, 7 December 2013

Perception is reality, some people fail, and say this is the end, while some say here comes another lesson. Are you gonna learn from your today's failure , and make the most of the lessons it teaches you, so you can use those same lessons as  weapons for your tomorrow's success(es)
You failed today, good, you've learned how not to fail tomorrow

Thursday, 5 December 2013

The reason most people never win is because they are afraid to lose, they are not rich because they are terrified of losing ..winners are not afraid to lose, on a second thought they are, because everybody as a fear....like every behaviour, fear can be unlearned or mastered. Successful people have grown to master their fear, and they've also learned that failure is most time a part of the process of success....the truth is people who try to avoid failure, never make it big...all they try to do is not necessary not to succeed, but not to fail. Shockingly most people who try to avoid failure, will inevitably avoid success.....because most times failure is success in disguise. Learn to manage risk, not avoid them. Who has ever tried doing something new and never had a setback. Remember, we all have fears, its how we handle our fears that matter.
Perception is of importance, don't be gullible, you might wanna try something else if you arent  breaking through....you must understand what really motivates you to persevere in your endeavor

Friend: last time we met, you told me your wife works in a manufacturing company
Man: oh yes!!!, she's the CEO
Friend: what do they manufacture
Man: chuckles! They manufacture excuses

'99% of all failures come from people who have a habit of making excuses'_-George Washington Carver

Sunday, 24 November 2013

You failed today, good, you are prepared to succeed tomorrow

Tuesday, 19 November 2013

Goals are more powerful than intentions, until you have goal your intentions worthless......'I want to' is stronger than 'I intend to'.

Sunday, 17 November 2013

You have the sole responsibility to qualify the quality of people you allow into your life....you must scrutinize your relationship

Saturday, 16 November 2013

No one cares who you are until you've made it........let that charge you up for success

Friday, 15 November 2013

In this fast changing world, little are those who want to climb the ladder of success, everyone is thinking of an elevator....the irony is that you still gotta get yourself into the elevator, with the hope that its gonna lift you.....you've got to punch the button of success anyways by daily doing that which will earn you success, until then your lift to success might be slow
Your greatest assignment in life is development....striving to be good at what you do daily

Monday, 11 November 2013

life is a track, everyone has his own....if you run the fastest in another person's track, you will be disqualified. so slow down and find your pace because you are not in competition with anybody. This life is yours to live and you are 100% responsible for it....

HOLD ON TO YOUR             FAITH
“Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen”
                                                Holy Bible

One thing I’ve always realized is that your faith is the most important element in your endeavor, maybe that’s what Napoleon Hill meant when he said “every successful person finds that great success lays just the point when they are convinced their idea is not going to work”. Sometimes you have to stick your nose and even your head into strenuous situations before you can get it out. You might need to suck it up when you can’t…I know how it is, trust me.
You sure can succeed if you won’t give up, hold on to your faith. I try to live up to a saying that “don’t give up until your life is up”. You might actually not see a sense in this saying, maybe because there isn’t any yet, until you give one to it.
We’ve all heard so many sayings “life isn’t fair, life isn’t that…and that”, but how about life isn’t funny. Everybody has a meaning to life, its dependent on your perspective of it. But most times life is just giving you a test, to actually see if you are really determined to succeed, to see your dreams turned into realities. It just wants to really give you a meaning to your purpose, your dreams.
If you are thinking of starting a new business, there is a probability that you would encounter some constraints: be it capital or another. It is easier to shove in and give up; it happened to me, I really can relate to it. It’s not the disappointment that matter, it what really happen within you that matter, because you really can’t expand on the outside until something really bid happens on the inside. There is a poem that written by Howard Goodman, it is called “I don’t regret a mile”. Some part says:
I’ve dreamed many dream that’s never come true,
I’ve seen them vanish at dawn,
But enough of my dreams have come true
To make me keep dreaming on
I’ve prayed many a prayer that seemed no answer would come,
 Though I’d waited so patient and long;
But enough answers have come to my prayers
To make me keep praying on
I’ve sown many a seed that’s fallen by the wayside,
For birds to feed upon
But I’ve held enough golden sheaves in my hands
To make me keep sowing on
I’ve trusted many a friend that failed me
And left me to weep alone
But enough of my friends have been true blue
To make me keep trusting on
I’ve drained the cup of disappointment and pain
And gone many a day without a song
But I’ve sipped enough nectar from roses of life
To make me want to live on
It’s your focus that really matter, where and what you focus on. That’s why it’s advisable not to use your cell phone while driving, because it could alter your focus.
I blogged about eliminating your fears(you could read again) , you must know that if you must do that, you must have something you firmly believe in, you’ve got to hold on to something. The question is what are you holding on to? What’s your conviction? I love what Napoleon Hills wrote in his book “the power of positive thinking”
if you think you are beaten you are.
if you think you dare not you don’t.
if you like to win but you think you can’t.
it is almost certain you won’t.
if you think you’ll lose, you are lost.
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow’s will-
It’s all in the state of the mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are
You’ve got to think high to rise,
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man.
The truth is life ends up giving us what we demand from it, be it success or failure. It might not look like it, but I urge you don’t give up, constantly affirm this to yourself “I won’t give up, until my life is up”. You might say then what happens next, I really don’t know, yes I don’t, because you are the captain of your faith, you are the one who determines what happens to you.
Peter Lowe, the success expert, who has worked with hundreds of people of top professions, says “the most common trait I have found in all successful people is that they have conquered the temptation to give up”. “I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career”, Michael Jordan once said “I’ve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times, I’ve been trusted to take the game-winning shot, missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again. And that is why I succeed”.
If you are going to succeed in business and in life, you must have the confidence that you will succeed no matter the hand you are dealt. As far as you are concerned, failure is not an option, hold on to your faith
“Many of life’s failure are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up”
Everyday is a lesson to help us build  a better tomorrow...........remember,  you've got to let go of somethings, to gain better things, you've got to empty the junks in the trunk of your life, so you can fill it with great things that will help you build the future you want to see in the end...
life is not complete without having must smile on someone's face

How often have you heard, “Business is slow. The economy makes it hard to generate revenue. There’s too much competition.”

Comments like these are made each and every day. And yet, there are those who will tell you it has never been easier to build a successful business than today.

So what’s the distinction? Perception, focus and visibility. Yes...Visibility!

The easiest way to build your business is to build your visibility. It makes little difference what industry you are in – visibility reigns.

Those who are making a living are always on the lookout for how to increase their visibility. The more visibility you have that builds market recognition, the more your credibility as an expert in your field increases.

Here’s a simple fact: Visibility creates ample opportunities. Because of the internet there are now countless ways gain massive visibility. The more visible you are, the more opportunities seem to come out of the woodwork.

                                                                                                                                                                         Cathy Demers

LIVE BY A CREED
“Go put your creed in your deed”
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
If you are truly going to unleash the genius within you, you must have a creed and follow it up; you must constantly live by it. The Boy Scout have a famous creed, which is continuously alarmed in it members ears “be prepared”. Why is that? You may ask….well they are being conditioned to be prepared for a purpose, and I think the most important part of living up to a creed, is being disciplined, in fact “discipline” should top the list of your creed.
After he graduated from grade school at age twelve, John Wooden, the legendary basketball coach was given a seven point creed by his father; which he lived by, he later affirmed that this creed helped shaped his life and most importantly his career.
Making the Most of Oneself”
-Be true to yourself
-Make each day your master piece
-Help others
-Drink deeply from good books
-Make friendship a fine art
-Build a shelter against a raining day
-Pray for guidance and give thanks for your blessings everyday
The optimists’ club creed is one I really enjoy so much, which has really influenced my life to some extent, because I always try to improve it every day…..
Promise Yourself…..
-To be Strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind
-To talk health, happiness, prosperity to every person you meet.
-To make all your friends feel that there is something of value in them.
-To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
-To think only the best, to work only for the best, and to expect the best.
-To be just as enthusiastic about success of others as you are about your own
-To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
-To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
-To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
-To be too large to worry, too noble for anger, too strong or fear, and too happy to permit presence of trouble.
You must remember that the purpose of this creed is ultimately essential in who you will turn out to be, and take note that it is who you become in the process that matter the most.

ELIMINATE YOUR FEARS, AND
   ADOPT THE POSSIBILITIES
“Let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself”
                                                                   -Franklin Roosevelt
The worst way to look at the future is looking towards it through the window pane of fear. The fear of failing is the greatest enemy of success. Most often time we prefer to stick to the status quo than daring to do something new. This is often the reason why the people at the top of the ladder of success are often few, it’s the bottom of the ladder that’s often crowded.
I’d rather be a fool and then succeed than succeed successfully at being a fool forever by not trying, the words of Beverly sills keeps echoing to my ears that ‘you may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don’t try’
The other day I was chatting with this girl, who demanded that I coach her on starting her business, or I say MINDING HER BUSINESS, well we got to a turning point when she told me she was shy of starting her business, her reason being that she gave in into people’s skepticism of her idea, but I did straighten up her thinking immediately, by referring her to Mary Kay Ash and other success stories, but the point is people are often scared, this fear of failure, the nagging insecurity that we won’t succeed, and I think the greatest thing that fear does is to demolish your creativity, leaving you often impotent to perform.
Skeptics are bound to exist when something new will exist, critics will arise, and I’ve always defined a critic as someone who doesn’t know the triumph of achievement nor has ever tried to do something new, nor will he ever know what victory or defeat is….but criticize the trial of a determined man or a doer of something.
“Who told you it couldn’t be done? And what great achievement has he to his credit that entitles him to use the word ‘impossible’ so freely? ”
                                                                                      -Unknown
If you are going to succeed in life, you’ve got to adopt the possibility mentality. Napoleon Bonaparte is credited to have said “the word impossible is not in my dictionary”. That’s a lot of courage to succeed.
And the irony about the word impossible according to Mark 9:23 is that they end up being possible to him that believes: Jesus said unto him, "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
We live in a world were speculation doesn’t cease, neither does information, but also people tend to live on the information that is given or transmitted to them, that’s why it is of great failure when our so called experts in their fields send out the wrong information.
Let’s check out some famous discouraging words
-“I think there is only a world market for about five computers”
                                                   -Thomas Watson, chairman IBM, 1943
What was he thinking?
As it stands there more than five computers in the world
-“There is no reason for any individual to have computer in their home”
-Ken Olsen, President of Digital Equipment Corporation, 1977
What was he thinking?
As it stands there are thousands reasons to have a computer in our homes
-“It is an idle dream to imagine that automobile will take the place of railways in long-distance movement of passengers”
                                           -America Road Congress, 1913
What were they thinking?
As it stands it isn’t just a dream but a reality.
-“the phonograph is of no commercial value”
-Thomas Edison, remarks on his own invention in 1880
What was he thinking?
I think we could ask our entertainment industry.
-“this telephone has too many shortcomings to be considered as a means of communication”
                                         -WESTERN UNION, 1876
What were they thinking?
The world would have needed one today.
-“heavier than air flying machines are impossible”
-Lord Kelvin, President, Royal society, 1895
What was he thinking?
He must have lost his mind, with such words.
-“everything that can be invented has been invented”
-Commissioner, U.S. office of patent, 1899
What was he thinking?
He was obviously wrong, since 1899 till now, about thousand of inventions and discoveries have been made, and many are yet to be discovered.

It’s true that people would still speculate their ignorance, don’t give in to them. Take your stand and eliminate your fears. You will succeed if you don’t listen to the expert ignoramus.

Dreams are the stuffs which success is made up of,.....and like John Maxwell said 'dreams dont work unless you do'.....everybody has got something called 'dream', which if pursued, would definitely be achieved, regardless of the detours that would be encountered on the way- the attitude that is needed to be a success. Set out today to start what you want to do.
Things to ponder on
-you dont need to be great to start, but you need to start to be great.
-success begins by beginning.
-action is a leverage used by every successful person.
-until you do, you can never be.

...to everyone out there who feels they are a failure.....remember, winners are made up of failures who didn't quit, so don't give up until your life is up, don't give in until you have given in your best.....don't quit because you fail until failure quits, wrestle with it and you will surely come out triumphant if you don't quit, you've come to far to quit now. Get yourself charged up and take charge again. Go in now and win, failure is not an option for you, it's not over until you win. you are not a failure because you fail, you simply are a success in the making, you have just not succeeded yet.
wake up to this reality and go out this day to succeed. Its time to be a winner........................
you cant succeed without your consent, and you cant fail without it, so your attitude is the largest and most important determinant in the school of life............and always remember that no one is truly successful who has not passed through the university of hardknocks in the school of life

Monday, 7 October 2013

If  there's ever a time that our minds need growing, it's now. You cant continue to live on the knowledge of the past. Someone once said 'if you are not updated you would be outdated'............what you know today will be outdated tomorrow, next month....the only information that will survive is the information you know today and can use today.. that's why if you feel you have a cause to start something, start it today, start it now, tomorrow might be to late. In this 21st century, informations get updated every minute..............
for every mistake you make today, learn from them....he who never learns from his mistakes or failures never stops making them
you can only wake up to a dream you've created in your reality.......

Saturday, 5 October 2013

No one is an island of success........find people who can help you become a better you

Friday, 4 October 2013

guys comment, pls
success is not a journey by accident, it is a journey of well focused aim and the tenacity to go through it......

If you don't enroll in d school of discipline, don't be surprised if u graduate in d school of regret
perception is of essence, it's what determines our attitude towards life, without the right perception, our attitudes will stink, and if we want to correct our attitude, we must correct our perception towards life. So then perception is the seed from every attitude is born
' whoever you are, I don't care your background.....one thing I'm certain about is that you are a problem solver. If you see yourself in this light, you'd know you are important to someone else...and how well you are important is dependent on how well you solve problem(s) for others..........so go out there and solve problems starting from today'

Sunday, 29 September 2013

A critic is simply one who doesn't know d triumph of achievement nor has ever tried or dared to do something new,nor will he ever know what victory or defeat is...but criticize d trial of a mean man or a doer of something

Don't give up until your life is up
'the blueprint of life is drawn from your perception of it'..........so success in the end is not a comparison of achievement, but being the best you can be.
